I don’t recommend it if you’re not completely mentally stable, but heck whatever, no madman will admit he’s a madman, he lives in his own reality and that’s what makes him good.

I’ve went from a highly depressive status to something that’s called, damn happy. I don’t use terms such as Nirvana, since I’m not that much into religion. The trick behind this is to “re-frame” yourself, somehow like if you are having a bad day at work for example, just sit in bed, open your eyes large, have a forced smile (don’t get the madman look on your face still..) and just think of something positive. It’s not enough, it needs imagination and at least 2 minutes of daydreaming. Worked for me, will work for anyone. Give it a shot!

And my algorithm about emotive states, Visual > Thought > Reality - So you either create something visual (Go out with your best buddy, find a girl that makes you laugh) or just think of something in a way that you can shape you reality.

I know I sound weird, I’m just starting..
