Yes, it’s true, finally paypal.com decided to expand. It’s obvious why, they are losing teritory against competitors such as moneybookers, egold..
It’s a good thing but we have limitations, such as we cannot withdraw money yet, but we can send money (up to a limit of 100 Euros), still I was getting sick of buying stuff by sending via Western Union to a friend from USA, etc..
Well, what can you ask? It’s good we have a payment method finally, I wonder which Romanian banks are going to pay attention to this oportunity.
Uhm.. after a few minutes checking my fresh paypal account, the critic guy inside me started to yell loudly “RACISM!”

I think it’s good on one side, but the restrictions are too high, it’s like having no paypal at all.. basically.. I do have to call my bank to talk about this..
